Once they are flv files, try to upload them to Hot Tube Videos. If you still have trouble, shoot us an mail!

What Are The Systems Requirements To Watch Videos on Hot Tube Videos?

 In order to watch videos on our site, make sure you have access to the following system requirements:

1. Macromedia Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in
2. Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
3. Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
4. Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+

What should I know about using HotTubeVideos.Net from a public computer?

Hot Tube Videos uses persistent cookies, which means that depending on the security settings of your browser, you'll stay logged on even if you close your browser. If you're using a shared or public computer, remember to log off after you're done enjoying the site.

How do videos get featured?

TopFreak's members rate videos they like, and we review highly-rated and recent videos for consideration in the "Featured Videos" section of the home page and the featured videos on the "Categories" page. In addition, our programming team takes suggestions from members at    suggestions@hottubevideos.net and scans the site for videos of interest.

How do I join?

To become a member of Hot Tube Videos, go to the "Signup" page, choose a username and password, and enter your information. Then choose a package and  click the "Sign Up" button and you're done.

The verification code will not accept.

When you sign up to become a HotTubeVideos member, the verification code may sometimes produce color combinations that make it hard for people to correctly discern the characters. If you're having trouble, try clicking the "Can't read?" link under the verification code box. This will change the color combination. If you continue to have trouble, you may want to ask a friend to help confirm the code being displayed.

Please note that the verification code expires after two minutes. Once two minutes have passed, you'll receive an error message even if you enter the correct code. If you exceed the two minute limit, you may have to clear your browser's cache and cookies before trying again.

Hot Tube Videos  will never ask for you to send  a "Reset Password" email. Why am I receiving it?

If you've received a "Reset Password" email you weren't expecting, it's probably probably because someone entered your username into our "Reset Password" form. Another user may have done this if they incorrectly believed they are the owner of your username, or if they misspelled theirs. Regardless, unless someone has access to view your email, your account is safe.
